Registration

• No registration fee
• Applicants submit a maximum 2-page description (under CC-BY and/or GNU-FDL) entitled: "What I want to help advance, and what I have helped to advance in the past". (External links are fine, but without a guarantee they will be read.)
• Participants will be selected by the coordinating team according to a set of criteria (not yet drafted)
• Each applicant commits to help two other participants to advance their efforts in some tangible way. Each participant will thereby receive the collaboration of two others. Level-of-effort is based on the principle: "What goes around comes around."
• Topics are driven by the research, interests and views of the participants, which may or may not reflect the official stances of the organizations in which they may work.
